Media: 70 MPs declare ultimatum regarding Bill 8371

MPs have declared that if an anti-church law is not introduced into the session hall, they will disrupt all the votes.

The edition LB.ua, citing its sources in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, published information about 70 MPs who have declared that if the anti-church bill is not introduced to the Parliament's session hall next week, they will not vote on any other legislative initiatives.

Among the MPs who gave an ultimatum to the leadership of Servants of the People and the Verkhovna Rada are deputies from 'European Solidarity', 'Holos' and 'Servant of the People' majoritarians.

As earlier reported, the leader of the European Solidarity party, Petro Poroshenko, urged MPs from the Verkhovna Rada rostrum to urgently vote in the second reading for bill No 8371 on banning the UOC.
