A tour around the Patriarchal Church of George the Victorious was organized for the bishop of the Church of Cyprus. Metropolitan Isaiah assured Patriarch Bartholomew of the sincere respect and love that he and his clergy have for the head of Phanar, and announced the beginning of pilgrimage missions from the Tamassos Metropolis to Constantinople.
