The provocateur filmed the woman while she was listening to the recording of the service and pestered her with provocative questions.

A video has been posted online showing a young man provoking a woman because she was listening to a church service in Church Slavonic on her phone.

The incident reportedly took place in Lviv.

The provocateur first filmed the woman listening to the church service in Church Slavonic and then addressed her: "Why are you listening to the divine service in Russian in Lviv?"

"Why can't I? Who are you? God?... I know many languages, I listen to whatever language I want," the woman replied.

She asked him how many languages he knows and offered to communicate in French or Polish.

As the UOJ reported, the OCU is enticing Romanian-speaking parishes of the UOC to join their autonomous vicariate. The head of the Chernivtsi Eparchy of the OCU promises that no one will be forced to pray in Ukrainian.
