In Ukraine, with the support of the “hierarchs” of the OCU, an “E-Church” was created that helps “churches move online.”

With the backing of "Archbishop" Simeon Zinkevych and "Bishop" Matviy Shevchuk of the OCU, the "E-Church" has been established in Ukraine. Users can avail services such as "online candles" and "online notes" through this platform. According to the information published on the "E-Church" website, the organization exclusively collaborates with the OCU.

To light an "online candle," users can do so for 100 UAH (Ukrainian hryvnias). To do this, they need to specify the purpose for which they want to light the candle and then select an icon next to which the candle will be "lit."

"We are a community of people helping churches go online... Lighting a candle online is an opportunity to express your prayers and intentions to God correctly," noted the "E-Church."

Among other services offered by the "E-Church" are "online notes" for health and repose, "blessing," and "assistance from a priest."

The organization also mentioned that they are already collaborating with three OCU churches in the Dnipropetrovsk region and one in Volyn.

As reported by the UOJ, the spokesperson for the OCU stated that the truth is what matters most, not the quantity of people in the churches.
