On the website of the Synodal Department for Church Relations with Society and Mass Media, the names of people pretending to be clergy on the Internet are published.

The website of the Russian Orthodox Church published information about people who pretend to be clergy on the Internet and thereby mislead believers.

The Synodal Department for Church Relations with Society and Mass Media of the ROC informs that the list of false priests has been placed in the new section "Fight against abuse on the Internet" of the website. There are already 10 people on it and the list will be regularly updated.

The resource also lists sites where an unauthorized collection of donations is carried out, allegedly on behalf of the Russian Orthodox Church. There have already been posted addresses of 21 sites with false data on the collection of donations.
