Bishop Paweł (Tokajuk) of Hajnowski arrived in the Vladimir-Volynsky Eparchy with the aim of supporting the Ukrainian Orthodox Church and witnessing unity with it.

On November 17, 2019, an episcopal Liturgy was held in the Assumption Cathedral of Vladimir-Volynsky with the participation of the hierarch of the Polish Orthodox Church, Bishop Paweł (Tokajuk) of Hajnowski, reports the press service of the Vladimir-Volynsky Eparchy of the UOC.

The Divine Liturgy, co-celebrated by the Polish bishop and the clergy of the cathedral, was led by Metropolitan Vladimir (Melnik) of Vladimir-Volynsky and Kovel.

At the end of the service, Vladyka Paweł addressed the audience with words of support and gratitude, emphasizing that everyone who goes to God will receive salvation in prayer.

As reported, earlier Bishop Paweł (Tokajuk) of Hajnowski declared that in Ukraine there is only one blessed Church with apostolic succession - the Ukrainian Orthodox Church headed by His Beatitude Metropolitan Onuphry of Kiev and All Ukraine.
