It is common to convert temples into bars and hotels in Europe and America, – mass media
Hotels and restaurants are opened in Christian temples of Europe and the USA, writes Interfax.

For instance, a hotel was born out of the monastery of XV century in Maastricht (the Netherlands). The crusaders’ church on the complex premises has become a restaurant, with an altar turned into a bar.

A close church in one of Pittsburg areas (USA, state of Pennsylvania) was converted into a brewery with an on-site pub. Upon that in memory of the former destination of the building one of the beer sorts received the name “devout monk”.

In a deserted church based in Chalersville in the neighboring state of Ohio there was arranged a grapery.

An atheist society settled in a Baptist church in an American city of Atlanta.

In France nearly 20 Catholic worship buildings are put up on sale due to the falling number of believers, part of these structures being converted into hotels and restaurants as well.
