UOC Chancellor attends celebration of Serbian monastery in North Macedonia

On November 26, 2021, on the feast day of St. John Chrysostom, the UOC Chancellor, Metropolitan Anthony (Pakanich) of Boryspil and Brovary, took part in the celebration of the patronal day of the Serbian Orthodox Church's monastery in Bitola (North Macedonia), says a message on the hierarch's Facebook page.

The visit to the John Chrysostom Monastery of the SOC took place with the blessing of His Beatitude Metropolitan Onuphry of Kyiv and All Ukraine.

After the service, Metropolitan Anthony congratulated Archbishop of Ohrid and Metropolitan John of Skopia on the namesake day, wishing him the all-powerful help of God and many years of service to the Church of Christ.

As reported, on November 25, the UOC Chancellor met with the Serbian Ambassador to Ukraine.
