SBU conducts searches at Vvedensky Monastery in Kyiv

On September 18, 2024, officers of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) conducted searches at the Saint-Vvedensky Monastery in Kyiv.
UOJ sources reported that the searches began in the morning, around 8:30 a.m. Kyiv time. No further details are available yet. The UOJ is monitoring the situation.
Earlier, security forces had already conducted large-scale searches at monasteries, churches, and diocesan offices of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church.
As the UOJ reported earlier, SBU officers also conducted searches among the monks who defended the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra.
