In a program called "Ukraina na Chasi" Ukrainian Member of Parliament from the "Servant of the People" party, Mykola Tyshchenko, reported on his economic activities in Transcarpathia. He mentioned that he prevents the looting of the airport he built and controls all the roads he established in the region, as well as his role in the Church.

"Even the Ukrainian church... the first Ukrainian church in Transcarpathia, I founded it, together with my team. Personally, me! And I brought my family icon (mispronounces this word – Ed.) there and presented it to Transcarpathia. It's all there, it's all clear," the MP declared.

As reported by the UOJ, earlier, MP Mykola Tyshchenko greeted believers with Easter on Christmas but later deleted his post.
