The Secretary of the Khust Diocese of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church, Father Ioan Rozman, has been forcibly mobilized into the Ukrainian Armed Forces. This was reported by sources from the Raskolam.net publication within the Khust Diocese of the UOC. The diocese calls for prayers for its priest.

Recall that on March 14, individuals in military uniform took the secretary of the Khust Diocese to an unknown destination. Later, it was found out that Father Ioan is located in the Tyachiv TCC. Journalists, citing their sources, write that the secretary of the Khust Diocese is currently at one of the AFU's training grounds. It is unknown under what capacity he is there, as it is legislatively prohibited for priests of the UOC to become chaplains of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

As the UOJ reported earlier, the Deputy Chairman of the Department for External Church Relations of the UOC, Archpriest Mykolai Danylevych, stated that the absence of UOC chaplains in the army is discrimination against UOC believers.
