The UOC community in the village of Zabuyannia, Kyiv region, expelled from its temple by OCU activists, has established a liturgical life in a temporary church-trailer, which was handed over to it on New Year's Eve by the Public Union "Myriany" (“Laity”), reports the video message of the community recorded after the Sunday service.

The rector of the parish said that after the Divine Liturgy a thanksgiving prayer service was held in the new temple. The faithful prayed for "Myriany" members, who raised funds to purchase the trailer, and for all the donors who responded to their appeal.

"Although this temple is small, it is warm and cosy; and we thank you, dear donors! We will always pray for you, dear 'Myriany', so that the Lord strengthens you all," said the priest.

As reported, on 3 October 2023, OCU activists, supported by people in military uniforms, took over the Intercession Church of the UOC in Zabuyannia.
