On December 5, 2023, at 11:00 near the Ukrainian Embassy in Bucharest, there will be held another rally in support of Metropolitan Longin, whom the Ukrainian authorities want to throw behind bars for "inciting inter-religious discord". One of the organisers of the peaceful protest told the UOJ.

Realitatea TV presenter Alexandra Pacuraru said that the protesters will march to the embassy to support not only the UOC bishop, but also all Romanian-speaking residents of Ukraine who need respect and protection of their rights.

"Let us unite in prayer! <...> I am waiting for you on 5 December at 11:00 in front of the Ukrainian embassy. God help us," she said in an appeal published on Facebook.

As the UOJ reported, a rally in support of Metropolitan Longin was held in Bucharest.
