Patriarch of Jerusalem meets with pilgrims from Ukraine

On May 18, 2023, the Primate of the Jerusalem Orthodox Church, Patriarch Theophilos III, met with pilgrims from the Chernivtsi-Bukovyna Eparchy of the UOC, reports the eparchy’s press service.

During the meeting, the Patriarch provided spiritual guidance to the pilgrims and presented them with commemorative gifts.

The group was led by the dean of the Storozhynets District, Archpriest Vasyl Kovalchuk.

As reported, the Jerusalem Church has condemned the persecution of the UOC.
