OCU raiders seize UOC temple in Boyarka

On May 6, 2023, in Boyarka, Kyiv region, OCU raiders seized the St. Michael Church of the UOC in Boyarka, the UOJ correspondents report.

An ambulance arrived to hospitalize the rector of the temple, Archpriest Volodymyr.

According to eyewitnesses from the scene, the police and people in military uniform closed the gate of the temple and allowed no one into the territory of the temple. Meanwhile, the raiders turned on the generator, the grinder and broke down the doors. There were also forceful provocations from the side of the raiders.

A lawyer is working at the scene, but he is also not allowed.

One of the direct participants in the seizure of the temple is the chairman of the Boyarka City Council Oleksandr Zarubin. The head of the Fastiv police department is also present at the scene.

As the UOJ previously reported, OCU raiders in Boyarka are trying to seize the temple of the UOC, believers are holding a prayer service.
