On July 22, 2020, the head of the OCU, Epiphany Dumenko, became the next chairman of the All-Ukrainian Council of Churches and Religious Organizations, according to the official website of the OCU.

Epiphany headed the AUCCRO for the reason that, according to the regulations and regulations of this organization, the rotation of the chairperson of the Council of Churches occurs every six months as per the order on the list of members.

In addition, representatives of the All-Ukrainian Council of Churches decided to reapply to the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Dmitry Razumkov to restore dialogue and establish permanent interaction between the Parliament and the AUCCRO, because during the first year of the Verkhovna Rada of the IX convocation there were no meetings between the parliament leadership and the Council of Churches.

As reported earlier, the senior bishop of the Ukrainian Evangelical Church Vasyl Raichinets, who had presided over the All-Ukrainian Council of Churches for the last six months, died.
