President's Office holds a meeting on Easter celebration under quarantine

On April 3, 2020, President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky held a conference call to discuss the introduction of additional quarantine measures during the celebration of the Resurrection of Christ to protect Ukrainians from the coronavirus infection, reports the official website of the President.
In particular, the parties discussed the issues of strengthening control over the wearing of masks, limiting crowds and the regime of worship service.
"We must do everything to protect Ukrainians from the coronavirus epidemic. Easter is always an important period for people, a period of family reunification. I am sure that Ukrainians understand that there is a need to protect the nearest ones at this important time as well,” the Head of State said.
Earlier, President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky said that for the prevention of coronavirus, the state will present the “Easter at Home” project.
