On June 25, in the Holy Dormition Kiev-Pechersk Lavra, celebrations will be held in honor of the Name Day of His Beatitude Metropolitan Onuphry of Kiev and All Ukraine to mark the 5th anniversary of his enthronement as Primate of the UOC and the 75th anniversary, informs the UOC Information Centre.

Representatives of the 11 Local Orthodox Churches will be honored guests of the festivities.

In the Assumption Cathedral of the Lavra, in the right side-chapel in honor of the holy Apostle John the Theologian, a briefing will begin on June 25 at 07.45 with representatives of the Local Orthodox Churches.

The briefing will be attended by Metropolitan Anthony of Borispol and Brovary, Chancellor of the UOC, and representatives of 11 Local Orthodox Churches.
