Filaret calls the condition under which he accepts the decision of "Synod"

On May 24, 2019, the “Honorary Patriarch” of the OCU Filaret Denisenko called the condition under which he agreed to implement the decisions of the “Holy Synod”, reports the “Espreso” TV channel.
“I will carry out the decision of the Synod if they do not contradict the canons and interests of the Ukrainian Church. And if they harm the Ukrainian Church, I will not do it!” said Filaret.
During the meeting of the "Synod", he did not sign the decision on following the statute of the OCU.
