Groysman: Whoever approaches religious constructions with cruddy mind is an enemy to Ukrainian nation

On December 21 at the session of the Cabinet of Ministers Prime Minister Vladimir Groysman urged the National Police to do as much as they can to catch the evil-doers, who had desecrated the tomb complex of tsadik Nahman based in Uman of Cherkassy region. It is reported by the site of the Euro-Asian Jewish Congress.

“…If one approaches religious constructions, churches, Catholic shrines, synagogues, temples with impure thoughts, he/she is an enemy to our state, an enemy to our Ukrainian nation. A road to the church must be clean in all respects,” said Mr. Groysman.

The Premier addressed head of the MIA of Ukraine Arsen Avakov asking him to identify “these bastards” and punish them.

The MIA Minister responded that the incident in Uman is “more than just a crime… it is done apparently by radicals who try to “create the background” for Ukrainian-Israeli relationships.”
