UOC launches charity project "Children – to Children: "Christmas Angel"
At the initiative of the organizers, children from six specialized orphanages of Kiev, Kramatorsk and Berdichev wrote letters with requests to the Guardian Angel for Christmas. These letters were handed over to volunteers of Kiev so that the children would receive welcome gifts.
At the grand opening of the event, Bishop Clement blessed all the organizers of the event and about 500 children participating in the project.
During the charity event, the youngest participants prepared hand-made crafts for Christmas, which, together with the answers to the letters, will be passed to the children's homes.
