Head of UGCC approves no stipends for Ukrainian students
On the one hand, according to the Primate, all students must have adequate social protection and basic means for living and studying. "But nowhere in the world there is such a stipend rate system that we have in Ukraine. Stipends should not just be provided by the government to help students meet their living expenses.
