All-Ukrainian Cross Procession ends in Kiev (VIDEO)

July 27, the All-Ukrainian Cross Procession of peace, love and prayer for Ukraine came to an end in Kiev. According to the Ukrainian Orthodox Church, from 80 to 100 thousand pilgrims took part in it.

The Cross Procession went from the east and the west of Ukraine and lasted a few weeks. Despite the provocations of right-wing forces and attempts to prevent the prayerful procession, the two branches met at European Square in Kiev on July 27.

On the St. Vladimir Hill a moleben was held to celebrate the occasion, which was headed by the Primate of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church His Beatitude Metropolitan Onufriy. After the service, the Cross Procession went to the Holy Dormition Kiev-Pechersk Lavra.
