July 25, the east wing of the All-Ukrainian Cross Procession, which started from the Svyatogorsk Lavra, was attacked by radicals at the entrance to Borispol.
"Thank God, we managed to get through the crowd of radicals, – said Archimandrite Joasaph (Kovetsky). — The National Guard was guarding us well. With the blessing of His Grace, we decided not to pass through Borispol. We do not want provocations. We will sleep over in a small chapel near the station of Tir. Now the main thing is to lodge tired people for the night".
Earlier it was planned that the faithful going in the Cross Procession of peace, love and prayer for Ukraine would spend the night in the central Cathedral of Borispol.
