In Kiev UOC believers protest against LGBT march
June 12, in the city center of Kiev, believers of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church held a procession in a protest against the LGBT "Equality March", reports Strana.ua.
About 50 men walked around the Bessarabia Square in the center of Kiev with icons, banners and church hymns. Holding a religious procession, the faithful of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church expressed their disagreement with LGBT march in Kiev.
Recall that on June 12 in Kiev, "March of Equality", a parade of sexual minorities, was held. The police have taken unprecedented security measures for the protection of LGBT representatives.
